Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective dust bags are included to maintain product integrity.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
